As a verified user of our industrial tools, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your cryptographic identity (passwords/tokens).
• Abstain from prohibited activities, including automated scraping, denial of service attacks, or unauthorized data access.

4. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

All commercial transactions are governed by our specialized Fiscal Protocols. We utilize industrial-grade tokenization to protect your financial instruments.

• Billing: Fees are processed in INR/USD as per your region.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions can be managed via the Billing Preferences tab; terms are defined in our Refund Policy.

5. Platform Governance & Management

We reserve the right to monitor the Service for violations of our terms and to take appropriate legal action against any party that compromises our system integrity.

• Privacy Integration: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Protocols.
• SLA Monitoring: We perform regular routine backups but you are responsible for maintaining your own data archives.

6. General Legal Framework

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India (Sirsa, Haryana) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Term & Termination: We may terminate your access immediately for any breach of our legal boundaries.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to act caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Softhuge Technologies OR ITS DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
